Qualifications & Experience

• Previous painting experience is essential
• Experience in estimating for buildings, properties and access requirements
• Strong knowledge of the painting industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Full driver’s licence
• Strong computer skills

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately estimating painting projects across a variety of sectors, from small residential properties to larger strata buildings
• Managing painting projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
• Directing and coordinating painters, maintaining project timelines and overseeing day-to-day operations
• Organising deliveries and managing project checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
